This is the real-estate focused arm of TT. The company strives to create functional, green and beautiful homes. This desire is accomplished through making sure every project has a personal touch ensuring it will look and feel unique.
TT Advisory
We are always scouting the market for property developments and partners that need external financing and share our vision.
TT Capital is the investment/advisory arm of TT. The background of the venture is the founders’ passion for connecting capital, people with ideas paraphrasing an old employer’s slogan. To date, TT has executed over 6 capital raisings with the proceeds always paid in shares aligning its interests with that of the company and investors. So far investments have been closed in the healthcare, data center, children’s wearables, IT search engine and solar sectors.
TT Fund Distribution
Utilizing a large network of institutional investors after 13 years in banking, TT fund distribution focuses on large, scalable investments in green oriented sectors utilizing advancements in technology to create interesting risk return profiles.
